Open the web app from Telegram
Web access is issued from the bot. Open the bot, go to Settings and use Open web to create a one-time login link.
Current flow:
1. Open the Telegram bot.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Use Open web.
4. Follow the one-time link to create a web session.
